Julia Gustin · Office Manager & Real Estate Paralegal

Julia is from North Augusta, South Carolina, but has made Cartersville her home for over 20 years. She brings 25 years of real estate experience to her role as Closer and Office Manager at the firm. Julia's role spans far more than closings. She keeps the office running smoothly, provides essential corporate support, and manages the many moving pieces that come with a busy real estate practice, all while maintaining the reliability her colleagues and clients have come to rely on. What she values most about the business is the opportunity to build lasting relationships.

Outside the office, Julia treasures time spent with family in North Augusta and can usually be found spoiling her beloved fur babies at home.

Hurley Haney · Probate/Estate Planning Paralegal & Marketing

Hurley Haney serves as a Paralegal and Marketing professional at The Mroczko Firm, supporting the firm's attorneys across nearly every practice area, including probate, estate planning, adoption, corporate matters, and personal injury. She assists with preparing and organizing case materials, coordinating filings, and helping ensure that each matter is handled accurately and efficiently. In addition to her paralegal responsibilities, she shares marketing and social media duties for the firm, creating content and helping strengthen the firm's presence in the community and online.

Hurley earned her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she developed strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. During her time at Georgia Tech, she was also a collegiate cheerleader, an experience that taught her the value of teamwork, discipline, and commitment. Following graduation, Hurley spent a gap year working with Christian Campus Fellowship, dedicating herself to ministry and service while developing a strong appreciation for community, leadership, and working with others.

Outside of the office, Hurley is happiest when she is doing something creative or discovering something new. She has a love for makeup, crafting, trying new foods and restaurants, playing video games, and, when she has the chance to sit still, binge-watching a good television series. She enjoys virtually any kind of craft project and is always willing to try something new. Hurley brings that same curiosity and creativity into her work, along with a genuine passion for helping clients navigate what can often be overwhelming probate and estate planning processes.

Avery Love · Receptionist & Legal Assistant

Avery has worked in the real estate industry for approximately three and a half years and currently serves as a Receptionist/Pre-Closer. She assists with the many details involved in the closing process and works to keep each transaction organized and moving forward. Avery enjoys being part of the process from beginning to end and takes pride in helping create a positive and comfortable experience for clients. She is naturally detail-oriented and understands the importance of being responsive, organized, and approachable throughout each transaction. Avery earned her associate's degree in paralegal studies, which has provided her with a strong foundation in legal concepts and complements her experience in real estate. Alongside her front-desk and pre-closing work, she also shares marketing and social media duties for the firm.

Outside of the office, Avery enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their dog, Tobey. She enjoys reading, journaling, listening to music, and watching movies. She also enjoys visiting farmers markets and making time to get outside whenever she can. Avery spends a lot of time with her family and enjoys being around the people closest to her. She appreciates a good balance between quiet time at home, getting outside, and spending time with family and friends.
