John T. Mroczko is the founder of The Mroczko Firm, LLC and a business and real estate attorney who advises developers, investors, corporate owners, and growth-oriented companies on complex transactions, strategic matters, and the legal issues that arise when significant assets and business interests are at stake.

His practice is concentrated in commercial real estate, corporate transactions together with mergers and acquisitions, data-center development and operations, and complex business matters. John serves as Georgia counsel to a multibillion-dollar data-center company, advising on the acquisition, development, zoning, ownership, financing, and operation of mission-critical real estate and related business interests. He also represents developers, builders, real estate investment companies, brokerage firms, commercial property owners, and private businesses in sophisticated real estate transactions, and represents billboard companies throughout the Southeast and Northeast in the acquisition and disposition of billboard assets, leases, and easements.

Before entering private practice, John worked at the White House during the Clinton Administration and served as a law clerk to the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. In 2019, Governor Brian P. Kemp appointed John to the Governor's Judicial Nominating Commission, which recommends candidates for vacancies on Georgia's superior courts, state courts, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court.

John has served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, the Board of Directors of Civil Justice PAC, Inc. of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Board of Advisors of Stetson University College of Law. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Etowah Scholarship Foundation, Inc., and on the Boards of Directors of Excel Christian Academy, Inc. and The Church at Liberty Square.
